In August, our monthly Partners in Design event series continued with a visit from the design team at Klingman’s Furniture. This popular monthly event series allows our team to welcome a new design partner each month to our Lansing, MI showroom. These design partners join us to share their background, expertise, business journey, and their unique products and services. We have even had local volunteer organizations join us to share the amazing work they do in our community.

Over the last few years, the McDaniels team has welcomed a wide range of the area’s best local businesses, service providers, and voluntary organizations. Our monthly events are a unique opportunity to connect with and learn about everything our local community has to offer. Each of our design partners brings a unique perspective to our event participants and shares an educational, fun, and engaging presentation. Past participants have ranged from local food establishments to boutiques, gift shops, art galleries, volunteer organizations, and more.
Our August Partners in Design with Klingman’s Furniture
In August, our design partner was Klingman’s Furniture. Their experienced design team joined us to share their expertise and advice. Klingman’s Furniture has been Michigan’s top furniture store since 1896. They offer a wide range of quality home furnishings and expert interior design services.
What Happened at Our August Partners in Design Event?
Sanjay Taylor and Tina Benington joined us last week from the Klingman’s Furniture team. They offered their top insights and tips into the best furniture designs to enhance home living spaces. Their presentation included:
- The five steps of the customer experience,
- Their good, better, best selection of furniture,
- Choosing mattresses, and
- How to work with a design consultant when selecting furniture.
Just like McDaniels, their team follows a proven design process with a good/better/best analysis to help customers make the best furniture selections for their home.
